DEFINITIONS
www.bohaterowie1939.pl – portal devoted to commemoration of fallen soldiers and civil persons as well as the ones, who died of wounds, were missing and murdered during or as a result of the warfare in the 1939 September Campaign, run by the Association of the Local Operational Group “Nad Bzurą” domiciled at Plecewice 98, 05-088 Brochów, registered in the National Court Register under the number of 0000256532.
User – every person, who in any way uses bohaterowie1939.pl portal.
I. GENERAL RULES
1.a. These Regulations establish the rules of User’s use of www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal.
b. Use of bohaterowie1939.pl portal is free of charge.
2. In order to be able to use all the options provided by www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal it is essential to register, which means to agree to render the necessary personal information accessible.
3. The copyright to any graphic elements, technical solutions and other portal’s elements are attributed to www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal.
4.a. All the materials submitted for publication constitute portal’s property and are subject to legal protection. It is forbidden to exploit them to goals other than private without previous consent of www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal.
b. Materials submitted by User for publication will include a proper description, confirming their origin.
5. www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal does not bear responsibility for the content of posted comments or for the quality of information posted by the Users.
II. LIMITS AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal does not bear any responsibility for the lack of access to the portal caused by failures, technical breaks, break in service providers’ services, loss of data or as a result of force majeure.
2. www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal does not bear responsibility for the proper functioning of Users’ accounts. Users are obliged to use correct and current e-mail addresses while corresponding with bohaterowie1939.pl portal.
3. Any activities, which would potentially or actually hamper or preclude proper portal’s functioning are forbidden. The previous sentence is used properly in the cases of potential or actual acting against bohaterowie1939.pl portal, especially in the case of negative influence on the portal’s image or on a good name of the Association of the Local Operational Group “Nad Bzurą. Upon such activity on the side of the Customer, www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal reserves the right to undertake appropriate activities in order to fix the damage.
4. Omission or activities aiming at ignoring these Regulations are also considered as their infringement.
III. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. In the case of potential disputes between User and www.bohaterowie1939.pl portal the regulation of the Polish law are abiding.
2. Regulations may be changed completely or in part by the portal’s owner at any time and are binding in new form from the moment of its publication on the portal’s website.
3.a. User declares that he has read the Regulations and fully accepts them.
b. Changes in regulations are binding for the User also in the case of non-informing the User about them.
