Circumstances of the death:	Kazimierz Perzyna – „ Między Piątkiem a Sobotą”. Tom V. Łódź 2009, str. 93 / 94 - " Jeden z nich zastrzelił Jarosa, a drugi wrzucił granat do schronu. Granat wpadł w pierzynę, która Olszewska zatkała od wewnątrz niewielki otwór wejściowy do schronu. Gdyby nie ta pierzyna, to zginęliby wszyscy, ale tragedii nie uniknięto. Stojąca przy wejściu, z dwuletnią córką na rękach Zofia Olszewska doznała ciężkich obrażeń ciała na twarzy i nogach, ale Adelce granat obciął obydwie nóżki powodując ogromne cierpienie i szybką śmierć na rękach matki, oblanej krwią broczącą z ran własnych i dziecka."
